Within Germany, we use DPD and the postal service, for European deliveries we use DPD and DHL and for international consignments we use FedEx.

Goods ready for despatch by 11.00 hrs can be delivered on the next working day by express delivery at extra cost.

When customers are in particularly urgent need of their goods, we can arrange for a courier service – which of course incurs an additional cost.

Yes, on request you can receive larger quantities packed on a Euro pallet.

We always despatch in neutral packaging.

On request, we will despatch your items in neutral packaging directly to your customers without providing a consignor’s address.

Yes, no problem. If you send us your documents, we will arrange a neutral delivery as required.

Yes. All our name badges are manufactured on site in Pforzheim using our own equipment. That’s why we can produce large quantities even at short notice.

We can happily store non-personalised badges for you free of charge for orders of more than 25. The individual names can then be applied later on when you call them off.

We have designed a Word template for printing our paper inserts which is available for downloading from our website (click on Paper Inserts).

We can provide you with a printing service for your list of names and personalise your paper inserts at extra cost.

On request, we offset print the paper inserts with your logo as well at extra cost.
