Slide the window into the left-hand side of the frame of the name badge. Press lightly on the front of the badge on the right–hand side so that the window curves slightly and slot the window into the right-hand side of the frame. To remove the window, press on the window from behind with a ball point pen or similar object through the pre-drilled holes and push it out of the frame.

Step 1: Slide the paper insert into the badge.
Step 2: Insert the window to cover it.

Fold back the side sections of the clear plastic cover and clamp the paper insert in between them. Slide the plastic cover with the paper insert secured in it into the slot in the name badge.
